You won’t get a notification to update to iOS 17 if your iPhone model isn’t included in the list above because it isn’t compatible with the new operating system. For instance, the most recent software you can use on an iPhone X or an older model is iOS 16. Apple is anticipated to unveil the iPhone 15 range at an event in September 2023 along with iOS 17.
